Business Development Associate

Location: Pasig City

M-F, 9 AM TO 6 PM (Hybrid, Fieldwork and Onsite)

Salary: Open Budget

Job Description

•       Sales Pipeline Management: Update deals, follow up on leads, and manage the sales pipeline.

•       Agency and Partner Account Management: Onboard new partners, update account information, and maintain relationships with existing partners.

•       Travel Advisor Communication: Manage communications with travel advisors and respond to inquiries.

•       Sales Strategy Contribution: Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies to acquire and retain clients

•       Conference Planning: Plan and attend travel conferences to network and promote the agency.

•       Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals to potential partners, highlighting the benefits of collaboration.

•       Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build relationships and expand the agency's network.

•       Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the business development team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining records.

Requisito

•       1 year work experience as Business Development Associate

•       With experience in travel industry and related

•       Must be amenable to work onsite and do fieldwork.

•       Outgoing Personality: Strong public speaking and interpersonal skills.

•       Writing and Administrative Skills: Ability to write proposals, emails, and manage administrative tasks.

•       Presentation Skills: Ability to create and deliver presentations.

•       Hunter Mentality: Eager to meet and exceed sales target.

•       Travel Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the travel industry and its trends.
