Shift: Shifting Schedule

Salary:non native - ₱85,000.00

Native - ₱110,000.00

Key Responsibilities

  • GDS Operations: Manage and process travel bookings, reservations, and ticketing using Sabre/Amadeus, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Fraud Detection & Prevention: Monitor transactions in real-time, identify suspicious activities (e.g., chargeback risks, fraudulent bookings), and implement mitigation strategies
  • Bilingual Customer Support: Assist Korean-speaking clients and partners via email, phone, or chat, resolving issues related to bookings, payments, or fraud alerts.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Adhere to company and industry security protocols, document fraud cases, and generate reports for stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Customer Service, Finance) to escalate and resolve complex fraud incidents.

Requisito

Qualifications

Technical Expertise:

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with GDS tools(Sabre/Amadeus) in BPO, travel agencies, or hospitality.
  • At least 6 months of fraud detection/prevention experience(e.g., transaction monitoring, scam investigation).
  • Language Proficiency:
  • Korean:TOPIK II certification preferred (or equivalent fluency for non-native speakers).
  • English:B2 CEFR level (upper-intermediate) for clear written/verbal communication.
  • Work Eligibility: Must be willing to work onsite in Silver City and adapt to shifting schedules
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
