Centaur Digital Marketing PH Inc., a Public Relations (PR) & Digital Marketing agency is looking for a Creative Director to join the team.


As Creative Director, you will oversee the entire creative process, ensuring high-quality outputs that align with the company's vision and client expectations. The Creative Director will provide strategic input, approve creative concepts, and manage quality control to uphold the brand’s creative standards. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Inspires ideation and thinking, on-brief and proactively, for current clients and for new prospective clients.
  • Capable of working with large creative groups, and with cross-functional disciplines with the agency.
  • Spearhead the creative direction of project campaigns, crafting innovative concepts for events, brand activations, and marketing initiatives that capture attention and drive engagement.
  • Conceptualize and oversee the development of creative assets across multiple platforms, including event design, branding, print, digital, and multimedia, ensuring each project aligns with overarching brand goals.
  • Integrate seamlessly art, copy, and editing techniques, and guides the team across each.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, account teams, and clients to deeply understand business objectives, translating them into high-impact, creative solutions that resonate with target audiences.
  • Lead the creative process from ideation through execution, ensuring all deliverables are on-brand, on-budget, and on-time, while maintaining the highest standards of design excellence.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of creative strategy and execution for cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Mentor and guide a team of designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering an environment of creativity and professional growth.
  • Maintain high creative standards by reviewing and approving all outputs before submission.
  • Stay ahead of the latest trends, consumer insights, and industry best practices to continuously elevate creative standards across both traditional and digital media.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, delivering clear, compelling messaging and visuals that reinforce the brand’s identity and drive consumer action.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Strong background in both copywriting and design principles; Proven art direction, writing and design skills of 7 years of relevant work experience in the creative media or advertising field
  • Work Environment: Must be able to operate in a hybrid work setup.


SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
  • Strong grasp of visual design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively present creative concepts.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Can think logically even under pressure and come up with innovative solutions to problems.
  • Natural ability to develop and maintain key relationships with internal stakeholders.

INTERVIEW PROCESS:

Below is the step-by-step process:

  • Exam Submission:
  • After receiving your application, an HR representative will email you the exam.
  • Initial Interview:
  • Once you pass the exam, we will schedule you for an initial interview within 2-3 working days after exam submission.
  • Departmental Interview (Second Interview):
  • If you pass the initial interview, a second interview will be scheduled 1 week after your initial interview. Please take note that it may take up to 2 weeks depending on the availability of the interviewer.
  • Final Interview:
  • The last step is the final interview with the CEO | Managing Director, which may take one week or more, depending on their availability.
