Descrição:

  • Client Counseling: Responsible for counseling clients regarding their inquiries about immigration products and services through various communication channels such as phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Information Provision: Provide clear and accurate information based on current immigration visa laws and policies relevant to the client’s profile and chances of immigration.
  • Profile Evaluation: Conduct a fair evaluation of a candidate’s profile to determine eligibility for immigration services.
  • Action Plans: Prepare action plans and schedules to meet specific sales targets assigned by the organization.
  • Lead Follow-Up: Regularly follow up on inquiries, new leads, and referrals resulting from daily activities.
  • Sales Prospecting: Identify potential sales prospects and initiate contact with them to promote services.
  • Sales Targets: Meet monthly sales targets by converting leads into actual sales through effective communication and persuasion.
  • Client Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with clients via phone and email to ensure satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Reporting: Ensure that Management Information System (MIS) reports are submitted within the turnaround time (TAT).
  • Customer Satisfaction: Assess student feedback to improve customer satisfaction levels.


Requisito

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, (other qualifications relevant to Visa and Immigration Consultancy is an advantage)
  • 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Fresh Graduates are always welcome.
  • Outstanding verbal communication.
  • Must be motivated, energetic and able to work as part of a team.
  • Must have strong communication and negotiation skills as the job is centered on communication with clients
  • Must be able to work to tight deadlines even when under pressure, whilst still being able to provide a high level of customer service.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience as an Immigration Consultant, preferably with expertise in relocating individuals to more than one country.
