Descrição:

The Operations Officer is primarily responsible for the accurate, efficient, and timely processing of the assigned Trade and Supply Chain transactions and/or COG services within agreed service level indicators and compliant to international and local regulations, and the Bank’s internal policies.

Major Responsibilities

Handling Customer Counter Servicing - Davao, credit line and insurance checking, and post processing support
Processing Import Non-LC and Exports (LC and Non-LC) Booking and Payment
Processing Letters of Credit Issuance, Negotiation, Payment and Conversion
Handling Final Customs Duties payment and PAS6 Enrollment
Processing Cash Disbursement
Processing Credit Cards

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Management or related disciplines
Relevant work experience in banking processes and operations related to trade and supply chain (modes of payment, documentation, processing, policies, and accounting)
Strong leadership, decision-making and people management skills
Detail Oriented, highly analytical and organized
Proficient in oral and written communication
Willing to be assigned in Davao City
