Radix HR is urgently hiring for an ASSISTANT HR MANAGER. Interested applicants can send their CV to [email protected]


Responsibilities

  • Ensures proper procedures and implementation of human resource operations policies and procedures
  • Leads in preparation and implementation of HR operation procedures such as but not limited to Payroll, COE requests, 201 file management, Contract/ Agreement etc
  • Builds quality relationship to all Human resource vendors (HMO companies, HR Outsourcing companies, Compensation vendors and other HR related partners)
  • Implements, reviews and designs Compensation Management program; ensure timely salary administration and conformity to salary structure
  • Directs proper facilitation of government mandated benefits and company benefits
  • Assists in annual salary review and develop merit pool; direct partnership with HR compensation vendors to promote a new or modified employee benefit management; design and update compensation and benefit programs;
  • Creates and directs information dissemination of HR Operations guidelines, procedures, and matters deem necessary to properly equip and direct agreement and compliance; Serves as the communication link between management and employees
  • Oversees labor relations; develops, recommends and implements personnel policies and procedures; regularly update and effectively administer the company code of conduct; ensures company’s compliance to labor code directives; manage employee discipline and occupational health and safety
  • Prepares periodic management reporting of human resource effectiveness and efficiency for Compensation and Benefits and Labor Relations
  • Ensures timely facilitation of employee regularization and 201 file management/ masterlife
  • Manages the human resource information system; post and direct employee and organizational information updates; build employee demographic profiling; manage maintenance and accuracy of employee data for reporting and distribution; updates HRIS module based on the updated human resource platform in recruiting, organizational structure and hr policies and guidelines
  • Acts as the budget owner for the department’s annual budget on Total Compensation Package; ensures effective usage and implementation of budget.
  • Oversees service level agreement to HR vendors; review and direct partnership resolution; ensures proper implementations of contract
  • Manages employee separation policies and guidelines


The Asst. HR Manager carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Specifically, the position carries out the following Officer responsibilities:

  • Planning-forecasting needs, prepares actual plans, and budgets and arranges time schedule; develop policies and simplified procedures
  • Organizing- maintains coordination of activities across level through sound structure and regular interaction between and among group of employees
  • Leading- develops high performing employees with full awareness and support to vision and core values of TRCI through rational decision making, training, and coaching, opening communication channels like regular meeting and discussion, and employee recognition.
  • Managing - sets performance goals and standards to measure actual performance and determine performance plans.
  • Handle other ad hoc projects as may be assigned.



Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or Business Administration
  • Minimum of three to five years solid experience in human resources in a managerial capacity
  • With strong compensation, performance management, employee relations and labor relations background. Knowledgeable in employment and labor laws.
  • With high level of strategic thinking, analytic skills, decision making and business acumen
  • With strong leadership skills and people management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent negotiations skills
  • Effective reporting and presentation skills.
  • With knowledge/understanding in HRIS
  • Open to work in a hybrid setup in Makati (flexible working hours)
