And because Proview Global cares, we are offering a hybrid work arrangement! The company will also be providing the PC and equipment needed. Although during your first month (or until the HLM approves of the transition), you will be reporting on-site to complete company and/or client-required trainings. With this, the following requirements will be required prior the on-boarding:
- Minimum of 25mbps internet speed (actual bandwidth via speed test) *higher than 25mbps would be required if there will be other people in the household who would be either working from home or heavily using the internet during your shift
- Dedicated space or room with good ventilation for the PC set-up.
- Table that can fit two 24" monitors and a chair, ideally positioned close to the outlet and internet modem
- Work from home location is within NCR.
General Objective:
Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and performance of the Employee Services team which is comprised of the Employee Relations and the Compensation and Benefits workgroups.
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Leadership and Management
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Employee Relations and the Compensation and Benefits workgroups of the Employee Services team
- Responsible for handling high level escalations in the following areas: company and government benefits, ITNR Management, HR/HRIS database management, employee movements, HR policies and procedures on Employee Relations and Compensation and Benefits, performance management, employee grievances/disputes and disciplinary process management
- Responsible for reporting any employee issue or concern (regardless of urgency) within the team or within the entire Company that needs action to the AVP of HR or to management
- Responsible for managing the Employee Relations and Compensation and Benefits workgroup members with authority to hire, evaluate, train and discipline as necessary
- Conducts employee performance evaluations and provides coaching, as needed
Employee and Labor Relations
- Processing employee off-boarding through the completion of the exit interviews, exit clearance checklist, exit interview reports, etc. for levels 6-7
- Processing of employee movements including but not limited to: regularization, promotions, transfers, credit incentives/allowances, etc. for levels 6-7
- Investigates employee issues and conflicts and works with the team and/or Operations leaders to bring them to resolution.
- Processing of employee disciplinary documentation (including return to work notices), conducting the disciplinary meeting, as warranted, and performs necessary follow-up for resolution.
- Providing assistance to Managers in writing corrective action documents and other applicable documentation.
- Responsible for the monitoring and overall reporting of the Shared Services Request data for HR
- Conducts employee interviews as required for investigation or conflict resolution.
- Acts as a back-up in conducting check-ins for newly-transferred employees.
- Administers various HR procedures for all employees; assists in development and implementation of Company policies and procedures
Compensation and Benefits
- Responsible for the processing of employee (company and government) benefits for levels 6-7
- Responsible for providing timely updates to employees and management on new provisions regarding government benefits
- In charge of reviewing benefit billings, contracts and utilization records of employees
- Responsible for reporting trends on benefit concerns and queries
- Responsible for coordinating with vendors on benefit renewal, dependent enrollment, cessation, utilization, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Preferably 5+ years HR experience, primarily in Employee Relations and Compensation and Benefits
- Strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity
- Excellent skills in oral and written English communication
- Good presentation skills and negotiation skills
