  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

职位要求

  • Educational & Experience Level Qualifications:
  • College graduate no experience required.
  • K12 grad/High School grad. old curriculum requires at least 6mos International call center exp. and up.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, solid customer service skills.
  • Working Conditions: Onsite
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, patience, and problem-solving abilities.
