Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Setup: Primarily work from home, but must be willing to report onsite for meetings/client visits as needed

Location: Makati


Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced and highly connected Business Development Manager with a strong background in the recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will have an existing portfolio of client contacts or leads, and a proven ability to secure and grow business relationships with companies.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and engage potential clients needing staffing solutions across industries.
  • Leverage existing client contacts and leads to generate new business opportunities.
  • Pitch staffing services to decision-makers (HR managers, department heads, business owners, etc.).
  • Develop tailored staffing proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to understand client requirements and ensure successful talent placements.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
  • Maintain a sales pipeline report to track leads and deals.


Requirements:


  • Atleast 3 years experience in business development or sales within the consulting or recruitment industry.
  • Strong network of contacts and existing client leads in the Philippines (required).
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet revenue targets.


Nice to Have:


  • Experience working with BPOs, tech companies, FMCG, or multinational clients.
  • Familiarity with recruitment operations and talent acquisition trends.
