  1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and accuracy.
  2. Troubleshoot issues and provide effective resolutions by leveraging company knowledge and tools.
  3. Continuously learn about our products, services, and processes to enhance the customer experience

  1. Show genuine care and empathy in addressing customer needs and concerns.

  1. Meet or exceed key performance metrics, such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least SHS/High School Graduate
  • Preferably with BPO experience
  • Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written.
  • A knack for problem-solving and thinking on your feet.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • A high level of adaptability to embrace new tools, technologies, and procedures.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required—we’ll provide the training you need to succeed!
