  • General monitoring and maintenance if collection ledger
  • General monitoring of past due ledger
  • Monitoring and maintenance of commission ledger
  • Monitoring of Land Owner Share (LOS) ledger
  • Preparation of collection summery (for execom)
  • Audit of CTS for old and new clients
  • Preparation of RFP for monthly commissions
  • Checking of collection notices and SOAs prepared by collection associates


  • With experience as Credit and Collection Supervisor in Real Estate company is a plus
