Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
Manage and monitor the general ledger and ensure accurate posting of financial transactions.
Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and corporate accounting policies.
Support preparation of financial statements and internal reports.
Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
Coordinate with other departments for cross-functional accounting needs (e.g., accounts payable, payroll, tax).
Provide guidance, mentoring, and performance evaluations to team members.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
High attention to detail and integrity.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA or equivalent certification preferred but not required.
Minimum of 5 years in accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
