Experience Required

• Minimum 5+ years in a broker support or mortgage processing role
• 2+ years in a leadership or team coordination position
• Experience with Australian mortgage systems (e.g. Salestrekker, ApplyOnline,
  
  

etc.)

• Oversee day-to-day ops of support staff
• Quality check deals and ensure team hits turnaround time targets
• Manage workflow between brokers, clients, and support
• Report directly to COO (Troy)
• Train and onboard new hires

Officebased (Alabang or Eastwood)

Monday - Friday, 6:30AM-3:30PM
