Experience Required

  • 2+ years in loan settlements, preferably within the Australian mortgage space
  • Comfortable handling multiple settlements per day across lenders
  • Knows the end of the loan process inside out

Type Of Person

  • Deadline-driven and loves structure and processes
  • Confident dealing with banks, solicitors, and clients
  • Doesn’t drop the ball and double checks everything
  • Can preempt issues before they screw up settlement
  • Works tightly with support team and brokers to get deals across the line

Workload

  • Coordinate loan settlements and ensure all docs and conditions are met
  • Liaise with brokers, clients, solicitors, and lenders to manage timelines
  • Confirm disbursements, loan drawdowns, and handle post-settlement queries
  • Ensure accurate data recording post-settlement in CRMs
  • Report settlement status and issues to Team Leader

Qualifications

  • Work from our Manila office, Monday to Friday
  • Strong English (written and verbal) — must speak clear, professional English
  • Stable internet, solid tech setup, and no remote work option
  • High accountability environment – no ghosting, no excuses
  • Strong work ethic, loyal, and wants long-term stability and growth
  • Experience with Salestrekker, ApplyOnline, Quickli, and Microsoft Office (Excel,

Word, Outlook)

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Teams for internal communication
  • Start work at 8:30am and finish at 6:00pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time)

Work Location

Officebased (Alabang or Eastwood)

Monday - Friday, 6:30AM-3:30PM
