Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates handling banking/financial accounts.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and client requirements.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement development plans.
• Manage team schedules, attendance, and productivity to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
• Handle escalated customer issues and resolve complex financial queries with professionalism.
• Analyze reports, track performance metrics, and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with management and clients to align on business objectives and operational strategies.
• Ensure adherence to security protocols, data privacy, and regulatory guidelines in financial services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the banking/financial program.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, financial processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
