Location: Bridgetown, QC (near IPI, Pasig City)

Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR)


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicate with customers through various channels.


Offer and Benefits:

  • Up to 27,000 PACKAGE (23,000 SALARY PLUS 20% NIGHT DIFFERENTIAL (UP TO 4,000))

职位要求

  • A college graduate, regardless of whether they have prior BPO experience, is an ideal candidate.
  • A college undergraduate with at least six months of BPO experience is also a strong contender.
  • Additionally, a high school graduate with at least a year of BPO experience is highly desirable.
  • This candidate is also amenable to working onsite and starting immediately.
